HOW DOES JETPATCHER WORK?
Jetpatcher uses spray injection technology to repair damaged road surfaces through a four-stage process:

High-pressure air removes loose material, dust and debris from the damaged area.

Bitumen emulsion is applied to the prepared surface to help the repair material bond with the existing road.

Aggregate coated in bitumen emulsion is injected into the damaged area, filling the defect.

A final layer of aggregate is applied to complete the repair.
Multiple potholes and surface defects can be repaired during a single visit.
The process reduces repair times and allows roads to be reopened quickly.
Reduced excavation, labour and equipment requirements can help lower repair costs.
Less material needs to be excavated and removed from site compared with conventional patching.
Suitable for a range of surface defects and both planned and reactive maintenance programmes.
Jetpatcher is suitable for a range of road maintenance applications, including:
Its ability to repair multiple defects efficiently makes it particularly useful for maintaining extensive road networks.
